Simple terms for the £700 website package.

Payment

A £350 deposit is due when you decide to proceed after the free preview. The remaining £350 is due when the website is ready to go live.

Included work

The package includes all the pages your business needs, mobile-friendly design, enquiry forms, free hosting and domain setup, business email setup, Google Search Console setup and small text/image changes.

Hosting

Hosting is free, with no renewal fees, for as long as you want Swift7 to manage it. The domain name itself is paid for by you directly to your registrar and is subject to their terms.

Care and Search plans

Care is £50 per month and includes 2 hours of development time per month. Care + Search is £150 per month and includes 2 hours of development time and 3 hours of SEO time per month. Care and Search bundles are paid upfront in full: £750 for Launch + Care or £850 for Launch + Care + Search (the £700 build plus the first month of the plan). Monthly hours do not roll over: unused hours are lost at the end of each month.

Ownership

Once the final payment is made, the website content and standard site files created for your business are yours. Third-party services, domains, hosting and email accounts remain subject to their own provider terms.
